Cloud Giants Closing For Remainder of Week Due to Hurricane Florence

Due to the impending adverse weather in the Triangle related to Hurricane Florence, the Cloud Giants headquarters will close at the end of the business day on Wednesday, September 12, for the remainder of the week.

We’ve been in close contact with our clients this week related to this decision and we’ll continue monitoring the storm and its effects to determine when it’s safe to return to our building. Work will continue remotely unless power outages affect the area.

New projections show Hurricane Florence turning to the south but damage — including power outages — are still expected in the region at this time.

If you’re in North Carolina and have not yet done so, we highly recommend downloading the Ready NC app created by the N.C. Department of Public Safety and North Carolina Emergency Management to aid your emergency preparedness.

We appreciate your kindness as we ride out the storm safely with our families.

Our thoughts are with those who have loved ones in the direct path.
