Understanding the Basics of Reports and Dashboards
Salesforce offers powerful reporting tools that can help your business. But reporting on and visualizing the data in your CRM can be difficult unless you know what you’re doing.
We know there are tons of options for learning Salesforce. From Trailhead to webinars, there’s something for everyone’s learning style. That said, there’s nothing quite like being able to ask a question in real time as they come up. This training class offers a guided, hands-on approach with a Salesforce Certified expert leading the way — so you know you’re in good hands.
Our small class sizes guarantee you’ll get instruction tailored to your needs and any questions receive personalized attention.
If getting started seems more than a little overwhelming, this training class is designed with you in mind.
Before the workshop, participants will sign up for a free developer edition of Salesforce. You’ll be able to follow along throughout the workshop, building reports and dashboards with expert guidance.
If you’re unsure what those terms mean, no need to worry! This workshop will also cover Salesforce terminology so you can leave talking the talk and walking the walk.
I know nothing about Salesforce, should I go?
Absolutely! This workshop will get you started with the right language and tools in your tool belt. You’ll leave with actionable knowledge, progress you can demonstrate, and where to look to learn more.
I work with Salesforce every day, but don’t have much admin experience. Should I go?
Yes! You’ll breeze through the setup and build on what you already know. It will help you establish best practices and reach the next level with reports and dashboards.
I’m an admin with Salesforce certifications. Should I go?
We’d love to have you but this one may be too foundational. If it’s been a while since you worked with reports and dashboards, then perhaps it may be beneficial to have a refresh of the basics. Do you manage a group of admins or Salesforce users who could supercharge your company with this knowledge? This may be a great place for them to learn!
How much does it cost?
Sign up by October 3rd and receive a discounted rate of $299 from the full price of $349.
What should I bring?
Your laptop and charger for sure. Grab a pen and notebook if you want to take old school notes. We’ll provide some handouts you take notes on as well.
Hope to see you October 24th!
