Get Ready for the Salesforce Winter ‘25 Release
With Dreamforce in our rearview mirror, it’s now time for the Winter ‘25 release.
If all goes according to plan…the final push will be completed over the weekend with all Salesforce customers having access on Monday morning.
Like you, we are Salesforce users and we love any feature that makes our lives just a bit easier, and our system a bit more usable.

Usability
Conditional Formatting for Record Fields: Admins, how often do you get requests to add an image next to a field for better visibility? Well, now it's available out of the box! This new feature lets you enhance the UI with colors or icons, helping to visually guide users based on specific criteria.
Access Copilot from Gmail Integration: Our team leverages the Salesforce Gmail Integration to track activities and log our weekly project syncs. Having access to Copilot directly within our inbox will be a game changer, enabling us to ask project-related questions and seamlessly embed responses into our recaps.
Revenue Operations
Over the years, Cloud Giants has refined how we approach account planning, so we're thrilled about the new Account Planning (hat tip to Salesforce Ben for the great overview)! This feature will enable us to conduct SWOT analyses and address various customer needs more effectively.
Collaborating with Partners
At Cloud Giants, we're big fans of Experience Cloud, and we've also worked with the classic Salesforce to Salesforce functionality in the past. The new Partner Connect feature feels like the best of both worlds, allowing partners to log into the portal, view their available opportunities, and securely export them to their own org for further action.
